THURSDAY, 19 MAY 2011 HOP ON HOP OFF, FOLLOWED BY THE BRIDGE CLIMB

We started out the day by taking the Hop On/Hop Off Bus around Sydney.

We went through the Kings Cross neighborhood which houses the red light district. This is where Jim used to stay when he was a flight attendant. He said it was all very familiar to him...hmmm.

In the afternoon we climbed the Sydney Harbor Bridge. What an incredible experience!  The good news-the sunset was amazing; the bad news-you are not allowed to take anything with you including jewelry, watches, earrings, wallets, or cameras, so the only pictures we got are the ones taken by our bridge guide.
