WE WALKED AND WALKED AND WALKED

Second stop was Copenhagen, Denmark. The ship was docked 1.2 Km from town so we set out walking, following Rick Steves city walk. One stop was the Church of Our Savior which has a spiral staircase on the outside of the spire which offers a beautiful view of the city. After visiting the Church of Our Lady, which houses Bertel Thorvaldsen’s Christus and the 12 apostles, we walked to the Copenhagen temple which was 2 miles away, then back to Tivoli. By the time we got back to the ship we had walked 14.5 miles!
