MADE IT TO ALL THE PORTS!

After talking to crew members and previous passengers it soon becomes apparent that often times this cruise does not always make it into all of the ports. Today was the last port, Porto Montt, Chile and marks 100% of all ports achieved! It was cloudy today, and Mount Osorno, a large volcano that resembles Mounts Hood and Ranier did not show it’s peak. We disembarked with 4 of our tablemates and signed up for a $50 local 4 hour tour to Porto Varas and the National Park. Our tour guide, Karen, was fabulous. It turned into a 7 hour tour and was great fun. The Germans settled this area, so you can see some of the German influence in the architecture.
